DIGIPAY is a secure digital payments application from CSC e-Governance Services India Limited that enables CSC Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) to deliver essential banking services at the last mile. Integrated with the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS), it uses Aadhaar-based biometric authentication to let citizens access their bank accounts without visiting a branch or ATM—helping bridge the gap for rural and underserved communities.
